guys i need your help. part of my requirement is to develop an estimate of a house. 30-35% area but not exceeds Php150k ang kailangan basta "livable" (basta may CR at complete residential utilities). i need your suggestions kung pano makamura sa:
- foundations
- walls & columns -
- roofing
- doors and windows specifications
- Utility alternatives
any comments will be much appreciated.

usually, the estimate is 18k to 20k for an ideal house build.
livable dwellings cost around 15k to 18k per square meter.
bare would be in the range of 12k to 15k...
