One concept na naresearch ko is optimum value engineering.

Mga ideas na nabasa ko about OVE ay ang mga sumusunod:

1. Make the house as squarish as possible. Minimal ang walls for the same area.

2. Use standard measurements para minimized din ang waste of materials. Yung measurements dapat divisible by 2'.

3. Minimize hallways.

4. 2 storey house instead of bungalow. Tipid sa roofing.

Padagdag na lang kung may mga ideas pa kayo or di kayo naniniwala and why.
