Plan ko na sana paint ng elastomeric, Any advice or instruction para ma sure ko na waterproof at weather proof un wall?
May mga nag sabi maganda daw ang flexseal at un greenseal (para sa joints at screw) pero hindi ako sure kung paano instruction o may mga dapat pang i-apply bago paint un topcoat(flexseal)

If waterproofing is your only concerns, 4 to 5 coating of pure elastomeric paint will do the job (no water adding), you should have atlest 0.4 to 0.5 mm thick coating. Be sure to use a quality elastomeric paint.
to be more cheaper, use flat white elastomeric paint on the 1st 2 layers and the rest layer is the color of your choice.. just remember to clean the wall from dust and other foreign elements. no more sanding inbetween coatings.
Sa exterior concrete wall ko Prime R ,skimcoat, 4 coatings of flexseal elastomeric paint less than 8 months palang nagkupasan na ang kulay pero nawala ang water leaks sa mga wall. Anu kaya ang naging problema? Ang sabi ng pintor sa akin dahil daw sa pintura na ginamit dahil sobrang flat.Â
