Help po... looking for sanding services... I have 16 pcs 3" x 12" x 36" narra planks / stair tread as well as a number of 1" thick narra planks from 6" to 10" amounting to about 5 SqM [est only] that I need sanded and wax finished. Site is Tagaytay. Could anyone recommend someone who could do this or could anyone give me an idea what would be a reasonable price for this?

I've had 2 replies already, 1 quoted P8,500 Metro Manila price and P12,000 Tagaytay price. The other [Batangas based] quoted P6,000. This is far from the P11 / P18 / P22 per sq feet they advertise. Ang dahilan daw dito ay may minimum sila which is 300 Sq Ft [at least according to 1 guy I talked to].
