Anyone experienced this and what was your fix?

The floor is also leaking and my "contractor" has recommended bakbakin na ang floor to repair the waterproofing. I am just trying to imagine if we can fix the sinking floor na rin.
By the way, yung old tiles sa bathroom na ito ay pinatungan ng new tiles. Hence, I'm also thinking di nakakayanan ng load, kaya may lubog sa certain parts of the bathroom.
I was thinking of stripping both layers of tiles and installing a new layer, to lighten the load.
Which actually means a major renovation of this bathroom.

Any thoughts guys?
