and brand of tiles that will be installed with the addition of the right or proper cement to be used.

Depende po yan sa lapad ng ipapalit mo po sir. At sa klase ng tiles na ipapalagay mo. Iplus mo na rin ang labor sa pagpapatanggal sa kanila ng tiles. Mahirap na kasi matanggal ang tiles na nalagay na lalo na kapag matagal na.

Magkano po kaya pag labor lang pero pakyaw hindi arawan... 22sqm yung floor area 60x60 na granite

Wow. Granite! Kung ganyan po. Bale halos 62 tiles ang magagamit, malaki naman pati yung tiles kaya hindi masyado matrabaho, 2500 siguro maximum pwede na. Baka dalawang araw lang o isa't kalahati yan sa kanila. Magtatagal lang yan kung hindi iskwalado ang pader, meaning magtatabas pa ng tiles. Bahala na magparte ang tile setter at laborer.

Pero maging maingat lang, yung tendency kapag pakyawan ay bibilisan nila ang trabaho baka hindi mapuno ang ibang tiles ng semento na dahilan ng pagcrack lalo na't sa floor gagamitin.
