Hi Sirs,

I would like to ask on how to mount a framed mirror to my wall. The size is 72 inches X 36 inches.

Frame is made of solid wood 6 X 1/2 inch in thickness.

Kindly send me your suggestions.

Thank you and more power.

"X"

Re: Framed Mirror Bracket / Mounting

That's a pretty big mirror, heavy I guess. What kind of wall is it?

If it is concrete, a nice big TOX or better a lag screw would be best ... maybe two of them for reliability. If it is a wood wall, probably look for where the bracing is behind the wall panel and use a 2" screw, again two is better, to the brace. There are screws for attaching to thin wall panels but I don't know where to get them.
