Palo China Furniture Store?

I'm looking for an affordable palo china furniture store that does custom pieces. I'd want a bookcase with adjustable shelving done. around 6-7ft by 15inches by 5 feet. The main specification I'd want is that the bookcase be made without using wood filler, wood glue, varnish, sanding sealer, knotting, or anything. I want it unfinished and collapsible (using nuts, bolts, washers instead of nails and joinery) as I'll be doing the finishing. Any of you guys know a good (and cheap?) store that does this? I live along Marcos Highway at the border of Antipolo. There's a store here but the prices they sell the pieces at are more expensive than what my budget allows (up to 4k php only). Thanks!

As palochina is not a dense wood, not sure if a nut and bolt furniture may be as durable as expected.

@ blue
lots of palo china shops along commonwealth avenue between ever and tandang sora.

i have an old palo china adjustable shelf, it uses dowels to support the shelf units. it's sides and back are open though so it's not that good for books.
