Has anyone tried using Flexiseal to paint and waterproof their roofs? Please share your experiences. Medyo may kamahalan kasi price ng Flexiseal (Php12K for 25kgs). The guy from the hardware store showed me a cured Flexiseal which is rubber-like. Gaano katagal naman kaya ito magla last?

May i suggest you use Flexseal Roof? It has 22 colors available and does not cost an arm or a leg (P475 per gallon). Coverage nya is around 20 sq meters per gallon. And I think they give 12 months warranty for it pa. For more details, pls call em up at 2520531. Hope this helps.

Yes, may rubber component siya, that's why it can keep water from penetrating. Price is at 475, but discounts can be given for wholesale orders. 🙂 We supply retail/wholesale and deliver too. 🙂

I live in Quezon City, near Commonwealth. My Flexiseal requirement is not much. Can you recommend a distributor/retailer in the area? Salamat po.

hi..i live in los baños, laguna and i have a problem on how should i treat my firewall with fire retardant agents..ano ba usually ina-apply sa kanya? i'm planning to mix it with the Flexseal elastomeric..
