Please recommend a heat resistant adhesive that can be used to combine a plastic handle to aluminum core cookware. Thank you in advance

They dont use adhesive for that. Either metal screws or rivets.

Drill a new hole or attach a new handle. Maybe you can salvage a handle from old pots/cookware and drill a hole in that handle instead of drilling a new hole in the cookware itself.
