It seems there are some movement sa pamakuan ng kisame. You can use gasa, placed in the areas with gaps
by brushing with latex paint para dumikit sa ceiling, then let dry. Them apply a second coat of latex paint, again
let dry over night before sanding. Tapos masilyahan ang surface to even out the area then sand again after it dries.

Then apply your semi gloss latex paint sa ceiling.

Hope this helps ! 😉

my carpenter is using Masonry putty for the gaps, kasi yung iba ginagamit yung Polytuff but after a few months nabakbak agad.

We might be talking to a bot here. A request to use English and a company endorsement in one sentence. If you can call that a sentence.

And promoting a New Hampshire company in a forum where people speak a language she doesn't understand...

abbie, you have 72 to convince us why we shouldn't consider your post as spam.

Ano ba pinagkaiba ng BORAL at patching compound? Yan kasi pinabili ng karpintero nung nagparenovate kami. Yung kisame ginawang hardiflex at yung pader minasilyahan bago pinturahan.
