may rust kasi yung roof namin pati yun roof nails hindi kasi nalagyan ng primer at hindi napinturahan at wala din nilagay na sealer. gusto ko sana ayusin at i seal yung roofnails para pag umulan hindi mag leak. ano po ba procedure after kuskusin yung rust?

whats the condition of the rusted parts of the roof? if the rust has chipped away at the roof, you might have to replace the whole section. if the section is still whole, i'd go rust converter - metal primer - roof guard paint. two or three coats for the last two. then sealer. i've seen some sealers for metal that might work.
rusted nails? i'd dispose of them and use new nails, then maybe vulcaseal, or metal sealer on the nail heads.

pano po ma seal yung roof nail? sabi kasi sakin nun boysen support unahin ko muna un sealer tapos yung primer tapos isunod ko daw un roofgard nila. para kasing mali kasi tutubo uli yung rust :confused: pag sinunod ko payo niya. edi ba yung primer ata un pumipigil para hindi na bumalik yung rust.
