@ rpga4433, that is a great idea if it can be done :-). i'm also looking for an airless spray system here in PH. from what i have read about airless sprayer, 2 things needs to be address. first, the PSI required for airless is much higher than the one use for water, i think it's due to the viscosity of the latex paint. second, the nozzle may also need to be change to cater for the added viscosity. it would be nice if a mechanical engineer can review / analyze this idea to determine if its doable ... cheers

@ clifford, this is just my analysis and you need to really check on this. i have seen these washers in action here in tampakan and marbel and they are really dependable for heavy use. first, check the holes and determine where it is in the hose and what cause it. if it was due to high pressure (as you said), then it should happen at the weakest link of the hose - near the connections of the hose or "sa mga dugtong ng hose". the holes should not be punctured (parang tinusok) or cleanly done (parang hiniwa). if it's due to high pressure, the hole should look like it burst from within the hose (parang interior ng gulong) and the edges are jagged.

since your car wash setup is coin operated, it means, most of the time, it's unattended. so i guess, your problem may not be due to a faulty equipment or hose. it's more likely due to improper use by your customers - e.g. if the customer forgot to turn-off the valve after using it, there will always be pressure inside the hose. if the hose was simply left on the ground after use, the next customer can drive over it and the hose can burst due to the heavy load of the vehicle ... eh kung ten-wheeler na loaded yun dala niya 🙂 he he he. worst scenario, the hole was made intentionally by a customer or a competitor 🙁 ...

my advice, install a CCTV in your shop to record all of the activities 24x7, clearly post instructions in your shop on the proper use of the equipment, and if you want, add a notice to say that customers will be liable for damages due to improper use of the equipment or unlawful acts ... hope this helps ... cheers

@ rose..sorry late na response ko..saan bang fittings?kung sa return,suction,at pressure hose higpitan mo lang mawawala na ang leak..

Kung ang leak naman ay nangagaling sa piston/pump,may mga rubber seal yun na sa katagalan nasisira rin..subukan mo munang higpitan usually sa likod naka pwesto ang seal ng pump..3 pcs.na bilog na may mga groove ang itsura nun..kung may spanner wrench ka turn clock wise para humigpit..kung may leak pa rin palitan mo ng rubber seal..3pcs. Rubber seal each piston..bale 9 pcs. Ang bilin mo..mura lang naman nung huling nag palit ako 15 or 18 pesos ang isa..

hi pakisagot naman po...may maliit po akong negosyo at ito ay motorwash at ginamit ko na pang washing ay kawasaki power spray ang problema ko kasi naka ilang palit na ako ng hose sa power spray ko palagi kasi sya bubutasin ang hose ko 2weeks lng ang gamit ng customer butas na naman at ina adjust kuna ang preesure sa makina ganun pa rin bubutasin parin ang hose ko...ang motorwash ko kasi may coinslot sya na hulugan mo ng P5 bago sya aandar yan kasi ang style sa province namin pakisagot naman kung may idea kayo kung paano ko lutasin ang problema na ito thnx po sa sasagot...

As bro boo says..improper usage/handling ng equipment ang malamang na sanhi kung bakit laging nabubutas ang hose mo o kaya check mo yung ratings ng pressure hose na nabibili mo baka under rated naman sa power washer na gamit mo..

May nakita kong set up na car wash..naka locate ang pressure hose sa truss ng roofing,naka elevate sya para di nasasagasaan or natatapakan..main reason din kung bakit laging nabubutas ang hose pag kink na o naka pulupot pilit pa ring hinahatak..

yung kawasaki na 1 1/2 power sprayer, pwede rin ba palitan yung spray wand nya? kase meron akong foam gun eh need ng pressure washer gun with quick release connection para magamit. possible kaya gumamit ng pressure washer gun dito?
