Hello,
We have always applied floor wax to our wooden floors (natural color) at home but I have been wanting to use Pronto or similar liquid polish that you just spray and wipe. I have read that Pronto may not be good for wood parquet floors that are 'untreated'. I do not even know what 'untreated' means. 🙁
I really appreciate if someone can shed some light on this matter. Any recommendation on an alternative to Pronto that's safer to use on wood parquet floors?
Thank you pinoyhandyman.com. This place rocks.

PS... So sorry. I may have posted this on the wrong place. I think this should go under Woodworking and not Home Maintenance and Repairs.
Re: Liquid Polish for Wood parquet floors?
Try Traffic Liquid Wax by Camewell Marketing in front of the Governors Place in Shaw Blvd. It's an oil wax that's a breeze to use and each wipe replaces the old film every time so the floors don't darken and get sticky. Just wipe and let dry for an hour then dry wipe with a soft cloth by hand or buff with a polisher if you have one. 🙂
Re: Liquid Polish for Wood parquet floors?
Thank you @willyfernando for the advise. I may go there this weekend to check it out. I was hoping there is something similar here in MOA or nearby areas.
Btw does that mean Pronto or Pledge liquid wax is really not advisable for wood parquet floors?
Thanks

Please, advise how it is best to care for the parquet, I mean, eliminate the appearance of lines and restoring the lacquer coating. Parquet is not "prefinished". How about washing vacuum cleaners? I have seen specialized ones for a parquet. Is it worth it? And of course, it is interesting what kind of lacquer to buy for parquet, I've heard a lot of reviews about https://cleanhomeguide.com/best-hardwood-floor-polish/ and they were good. But I think, you never know, on the fence is also much written. What can you advise in this case?
