My parents' house is lower than the drainage by around 2ft so when it rains hard the water gets in. 🙁
What can I do aside from adding soil/rocks to level the lot to the road? It's a fairly big lot 600+ sqm so I'm thinking of a cheap option on how to stop water from going in.
this is additional info: New road and drainage was constructed around 10 years ago so ever since when it's raining hard water from the drainage gets in.
Ahhhh....... going inside the house or inside the property ? :juggle:

Sir,
Salamat...
I haven't tried using Duraseal yet but I think Primero will be a good choice as well to seal
your wall leaking problem.

inside the property, the lot is lower than the canal outside. the house also gets flooded.
I'm thinking of building walls to prevent water from coming in but I'm not sure if that helps.
I second bro fourtheboys96 advice. Hopefully mas mababa ang water level ng drainage than your parent's property para at least you can divert the rainwater/flood in there. But still its just a temporary fix.
Tulad na lng sa amin, since most of the homeowners just moved in last year and this year maraming mga nagpamodify at nagpaextend ng bahay. Then ung mga bato na tinibag at lupang hinukay for the foundation, etc sinako at tinambak lang sa vacant lot dun sa harap at likod ng subdivision. If you can find something similar in your area pwede ka siguro mag ask kung libre or better yet sa homeowner mismo. I'm sure matutuwa pa yon since makakalibre sila sa hakot, unless they need it for someplace else. That would save you a lot of money. Just my thoughts...
thanks for the advices guys!! really appreciate it. Going to fill up little by little I guess because 600+sqm (2ft deep) is quite big 🙁
