Hi Guys

My lights on the bathroom is flickering / fluctuating / unsteady every time I close the door with a significant amount of force. My light flickers coming from the vibrations from the door. I tried to tighten the bulb but it doesn't work.

Can you guys help to suggest where do I need to look so I can fix this?

Appreciate your inputs.

If you have an extra bulb then try to replace it also. Might be a long shot but would at least take off one more doubt.

Re: Need help on flickering bulb light

hi Jigs,
can you answer this for us please?

1. My lights on the bathroom is flickering / fluctuating / unsteady every time I close the door with a significant amount of force.

Who is/are inside the bathroom after closing the door?

2. My light flickers coming from the vibrations from the door.

Finally, who is/are inside the bathroom and what they are doing causing the vibration?

😮

Could be a loose contact in the fixture, or bad connection in the fixture (ballast), or a loose condensor, or bad wiring from the switch to light
