Hi,
Can anybody please advise me how to clean our garage and rooftop pebbled floors. I tried power washing but I could not get most of the grime buildup to go specially on the garage ( some paint marks, oil marks , dirts , etc...)
I will be doing a second power wash cleaning this weekend. We could first brush it with soap and water but is there a chemical that can help do this job easier & better?
Thanks a lot in advance ...

Re: Pebbled Floor Cleaning
Jayl,
If you can find this product there, then this will do it. It's called TSP, short for trisodium phosphate.
Try it first it in an inconspicuous spot in the area to be cleaned to make sure it won't discolour anything.
Re: Pebbled Floor Cleaning
Hi , this is also my problem. Will using a muriatic acid work?
Re: Pebbled Floor Cleaning
Muriatic Acid will do. We have been using these for years.

Thanks opzuk4x4,
Ill use muriatic acid for the meantime.
Re: Pebbled Floor Cleaning
Hi,
I just want to ask if there is another chemical that can neutralize the muriatic acid after it does the cleaning job. My problem is that if I wash it down with only water then it might corrode the lower part of my gate where the water will eventually pass before going to the gutter.
Thanks,

Re: Pebbled Floor Cleaning
Bro, the best and least expensive way to neutralize acid is still water. Wash it with a lot of water after use so that the acid weakens and will not harm your gate.
