There are several tile grout sealers in the local market....I have used ABC brand and so far so good.

hope i'm not taking too much of your time, but is the grout sealant ready to apply and what should i use to apply it...?
if i can do it myself... i might scrape the current grout and apply anew before applying the grout sealant... what do you think...? =)

It is ready to use from the bottle. It is also supplied with a fine tipped brush for application. Just a reminder: Have a lot of patience when applying....very tedious esp. if you have small tiles an a lot of grout.
