To be able to replace your new ball valve, you will have to cut a portion of the pipe lets say the middle of B and D section and then have them both re thread. Cutting this portion, you will be able to remove and release the remaining pipe connections and your old ball valve. Sorry to say but that is the only route you can take to be able to replace the old ball valve.

Now to connect your pipes whether its a 1/2" or 3/4", you will need to buy a " union patente " at any neighborhood hardware store, alam nila yan, just tell them the size you need. You will use this to connect the two pipes you have cut and re threaded. Installing this will just be simple and easy.

By the way who will be doing the work, you or your tubero ? just curious. :p

Union patente pala tawag dito hehehe. Now I know!!!

Mukhang kaya naman siya ng DIY. Ang usual na problema kasi sa plumbing work ay yung threading dahil bihira lang naman ang may pang thread ng tubo.

lagare na to.wala akong tube cutter.

ang naiisip kong remedyo sa rethreading is:

since madami pakalat kalat na rubber tubing dito
disregard the rethreading.slid rubber hose with the nearest diameter to the GI tube acting as sleeve /coupling /joiner then epoxy the edges.

un pala ung slang ng union.para mag mukha akong expert pag sinabi ko sa hardware. 😎

any other ideas mga kasama? 😀

if makahanap pala ako ng nag rerethread.do i need to consider the pipe lenght? para kasing may extra space sa gitna ni union patente

What is the total length of the pipe of point B and D including the threaded end portions. ? Also what is the diameter size of your pipe, is it 1/2" , 3/4", or 1" ?

Yes you will have to consider shortening a bit your pipe before having it threaded. You have to measure the length of the union patente
that will be fitted in between the two pipes.

There is another option I can suggest which you may consider when buying your union patente, you may also want to buy and replace the old pipes and
save you the trouble of threading and cutting it short. You can buy readily cut and threaded pipes at various lengths that will fit your
union patente, them hardware guys call them " niple ", mura lang lahat yan kasi maliliit lang naman.

Well FYI bro, there are also 8", 10" and 12" ang haba na "niple" . 😉 Kaya lang usually mga gauge 20 lang ang ibinebenta sa mga hardware stores. 🙁
