Hi Guys,

Do you know of any roof repair tips that last longer? My roof has a flaw na yung mga overlap ng mga yero can be a source of leaks when rain with wind combine. My contractor placed sealant to the seams pero they don't last long. The problem, the sealants are not effective for long term, every year, sealant na naman ako. I tried elastomeric paint on top of it pero, this too was only effective for a year or two. Do you know of any procedure & material that will not degrade so soon?

Aluminum tape? Yung makapal, meron kasing variety na manipis.

There's a similar item "Flashband" intended for roof flashing. Available at home depot.
