just wanted to get your opinion regarding this... although I saw a previous thread on this already I didn't see any discussion on the materials I'm intending to use... hence this new thread.

How effective is shelby liquid asphalt as waterproofing? I intend to use 2 layers of it with a felt membrane in between the layers then topped with 1.5 inch conrete finished off with elastomeric paint? The roofdeck is about 180-200 sq. Meters. Thanks in advance for the replies.
