Hello DIYers

From QC.

Started to collect tools (or technically, Toys?) that I'd need (often over-rationalizing to convince my other half) 🙂

Other bisyo (na pwede lang mai-share sa public): mtb, :stereo: (speakers, electronics), computers/HD vid/camera, tennis. Lahat dyan noob level pa din after all these years haaaayyy

As simple as hanging that picture frame on the drywall is FUN (esp the find-the-keel part). Now I want to give all home handyman tasks a try. Seriously. There's a certain kind of high in it (regardless of my results' quality), much higher than my 5-step ladder.

Got interested and curious with handyman/DIYing after getting myself 'wet' with home and condo fit-out. My recent searches led me to this Forum and I feel blessed for that. Keep 'em coming for noobs like me.

Hello too xgol,

WELCOME :welcome: to PHM and thanks for taking some time to introduce your self to the forum. With regards to being hands on to DIYing stuff and tool hunting, well there sure is a high or great satisfaction when a project is completed knowing you did it yourself from start to finish, yeah that's for sure and you will say to yourself, " I'M A USEFUL HOMBRE AFTER ALL ", LOL

If you feel you are still a noob in DIYing with a tight budget, you can start with budget power tools purchased from sulit like the RYOBIs or OZITOs but if you think pushing a notch higher for quality for a diy power tools, you can start with SKIL brands or B&D, for sure these can do the job as well with confidence and after sales support.

Well have fun with your DIYing stuffs !!!

CHEERS and enjoy your stay with PHM ! :arms:

Re: Another noob on the block

got my first RYOBI -- a workbench: portable, folding, and various adjustable/flexy features. Cool!

The clips aren't very tight but working well for its price (P2k).
