hello fellow handyman, my name is ariel or aye for short, family man from cainta. currently working as an engineer for a power supply r&d company. been lurking since last year and i find the people on this forum to be passionate and helpful. i am interested in stick welding and slowly gearing up, sadly this hobby is really expensive but looking forward to a rewarding future. i would like to thank the people behind this forum for the wealth of knowledge made available and providing a venue to gather like minded individuals to share and discuss the joys of DIYing. please bear with me for the questions i may ask from time to time. and i will do my best to help in any way, hopefully contribute as time permits.
Hi there Ariel (aye),
WELCOME and hop on board the PHM Community, glad too that you finally decided to join the forum. I guess we can help you out and assist you in your interest of learning the skill of stick welding. Just to let you know that we are not professional welders but just ordinary DIYers who also got interested in the skill and have enjoyed its advantages. I know its an expensive hobby but the tools needed to be purchased are just simple requirements needed to be able to learn the skill, so stick around and post questions you want to be answered.
Enjoy the forums bro !
