Hello,

I am a new member looking for tips on how i can renovate our house properly. Our house ground floor takes about 60sqm and lets say the second story presently is only about 30sqm. Unfortunately the 2nd is now rotten with anay and we intend to renovate and replace it by either cement or metal (sorry not familiar with construction terms). whichever is more economical or practical.

with this repair, it might end up becoming a major renovation because of the following:

1. 2nd floor renovation
2. Roof will be replaced

I would like to seek experts opinion on how i can do this and if this is possible if my budget is only half million for the 2nd story and roof and 300K for finishing.
