nice forum you got here!

i'm a tinkerer from tarlac city. i usually break stuff more often than fixing them LOL

power tools that i have so far:
-2 hammer drills (10mm and 13mm)
-small drill press
-grinder
-jigsaw
-rotary tool (not dremel brand)
-AC stick welder aka "buzz box"

planning to buy in the near future:
-auto darkening welding mask
-air compressor for painting and bead blasting

wow bro JayL dito ka lang din pala T.C. i'm planning to build a custom bike frame, for an electric bike project. something like this:

cromoly or mild steel. i'm thinking of getting one of those relatively cheap JC Kawasaki tig/stick machines and an argon tank. you guys think this is a good idea?

i was also thinking stick welding since the tubing don't have to be super-thin (it's not a human powered bike so doesn't have to be super lightweight) and using 6013 (or 7014????)

or maybe you could lend me a hand with your skills with your millermatic 🙂 for an appropriate compensation 🙂 if you don't mind...
