...newbie po and hello everyone! been lurking on woodworking forums for quite awhile now and found this great forum of pinoy handymans just last year. found everything useful, informative and had a feeling of fellowship of the trade. been holding and using so many tools since i can remember. the great feeling of ripping wood, assembling something of about anything, fixing broken things (or breaking things just for the fun of fixing it again in order to have an excuse of buying new tools i dont need...:) well, can you blame me? i'm just one of those humble handyman...hahaha!:D
...lived in iloilo, cainta, antipolo and bulacan. now living and working in hongkong where sadly a workshop is impossible to own anymore. so my tools are restricted to a small veto pro pac bag and a small tool box for battery operated power tools, the smaller- the better. thus my partime job as a handyman. basically i fix broken doors and windows, fix water leaks, replace crack tiles, minor renovations...the list goes on. a jack of all trades, but a master of none...hahaha!
... maybe on my retirement i can have my own workshop in bulacan or iloilo and have all the tools i so desperately love ( a makita LS1216L is one of them...hehehe...) i hope its never too late to practice and enjoy this trade/hobby/first love on my garage workshop someday...
...more power to the group!
