Hi there. Mac here. Didn't know there's a DIY forum for Pinoys. Glad I found this. Great site!

I am sure this forum would help me a lot as I will soon be moving to my new house - a compact a 2-storey house, 4 bedroom, 2 baths, a big balcony covering the car port, with extra spaces in front, side, and back (for future expansion, etc). It is just walking distance to the club house, basketball court, swimming pool, and main entrance gate.

Been watching home renovation shows on cable like Take Home Handyman, While You Were Out. Stager Invasion, Sell This House, Trading Places, Clean Sweep.

I think I would also be needing your help/advice with the renovations, extensions and furnishings (designs, materials, etc.).

I am just glad I am here now in PinoyHandyman. 🙂

Thanks Timber715. I was about to delete my first post today. I just realized it was waaaay too long, but I don't have the right yet to delete the thread I created. Sorry about that. It must be a tiring read. Will post the basic floor plan later. 🙂

Thanks, Jarod. Construction of the house starts next month. And it will be finished in 3 months. I will try to post the pix of the basic floor plan later. 🙂
