hi guys, complete newbie. am in the healthcare field, but have always appreciated woodcraft/furniture etc. am actually interested in learning more about making furniture. anyone know where/who to call? me lessons ba para dito somewhere?

Good morning and welcome emartino to PHM. There are a lot of fellow PHMers who have had a lot of wisdom and success in their DIY interests.
