hello guys, im new here.

i just bumped across this forums in on my google searches. Lots of informative topics being discussed here so i registered. hopefully i can also contribute some knowledge to others.

my line of work is i manage a family corp. We specialize in offering custom electronic solutions to our clients, in the field of automation, remote telemetry, security monitoring and fiber optic communication links. (in short, we are a electronics contractor).

We do have a lot of renovation works to do in our place both home and office/plant, and ive found this interest in building and construction, we do have our own set of people to do the work, more or less im the one buying the materials and doing supervision plus design works. Though no formal education regarding those fields but im doing my own reading and getting myself educated.

Getting involved in this forum will definitely help me do these things better. 🙂

HELLO and WELCOME to the forum, so sorry for the very late response since your last post three weeks ago, my apologies for this, I was waiting for the Admins first to sort of welcome you but I guess they were all busy this past days due to the Bosch Tool Box Competition.

Nevertheless your line of work seems very interesting being an electronics contractor, the forum also have other contractors but in other fields, they may also be of help to you in terms of building or construction but bear in mind that most of the guys here if not all joined the forum because of the love for DIYing, but still hoping these guys be able to read your query and give you the necessary answers you seek.

We're glad you joined in and hope you can also participate in some discussions or probably offer some tips concerning electronics for other noobs.

Anyway welcome again to a very friendly site, the PHM community ! 😀 😉
