yes sorry po. i'm working with government particularly sa IT. i love getting my hands dirty and learning new things/skills. i recently bought a yamato dc welder sa ey and am currently learning how to weld. mahal kasi pag laging contract out mga gawain sa bahay so i decided na pagaralan na lang. learned a lot from reading ur posts sa metalworking! ganun pala yun! he he he. anywayz more power to you phm guys!

You should as well get in touch with bro amboy, he is from Baguio too, perhaps you can send him a PM. And I think there is another one from Baguio who is also into welding and like you, also purchased a YAMATO DC Inverter from EY Industrial supply. I just can't remember his user name na.
Yes it is true, magastos mag pa contrata ng mga welding projects for the house, best thing really is buy your own weld machine, practice how it is operated, the skill specially and then once you get the hang of it, you DIY your own projects na, enjoy ka pa sa finish and yet you get to learn additional skills pa, right !! That is how I started too in early 2000
