I do carpentry, electrical works (EE ako), nahihirapan lang ako sa raspberry coz I'm not yet a programmer - but tinutulungan naman ako ng son ko na programmer. I tried tile setting, plumbing & toilet setup, and everything in house maintenance. I'm also very much interested on electronic projects.
Right now, I will be replacing the ceiling in the first floor of our house and also upgrade the grills, and build sliding gates. That's where the welding machine will be used.
As retiree there's no end in finding something to do in the house.
I will let you know when will I visit Ms. Mimi to buy Yamato so you can help me with the discount/freebies. He he he.

If ever you get the time to buy the weld machine, get in touch first with Ms Mimi G. by their contact nos or her CP so it can be relayed to her substitute new marketing guy, a certain Joseph S., and just say you are a member of PHM, automatic may discount ka na agad. That's how simple it is brad.

WOW !! talagang DIYer ka pala sa dami ng iyong mga house maintenance, hehehe, Well that is what we all do here, do the repairs in the house upon the command of the supremo commander of the house !! hehehe, LOL

I already got my Yamato 200 this morning, and now doing a lot of reading before I put my hands to it tomorrow.
Medyo mukha ngang madali lang matutong mag welding - maybe becoz ok talaga yung yamato. I've tried it there and also got some pointers from the service personnel who are very accommodating.

Bro Elpie, congrats on your new toy, so you finally got your YAMATO DC Inverter.

I have a tip for you brad, may I suggest you replace the existing electrode holder to a better one, maybe a DAIKEN 300 amps electrode holder or much better a JACKSON 300 amps electrode holder. Medyo may pagka palpak kasi yung electrode holder provided inside the box, mahinang mag grip ng welding rod.

That is what we did, almost all who got the Yamato welder, replace the electrode holder. OK bro start reading and researching topics that will help you get going into arc welding. WELCOME TO THE WORLD OF METAL FUSION, hehehe , LOL :book1: :bokmal:

Bro, don't rush for a finish project agad, practice, practice and more practice pa and learn from the mistakes you will be encountering.
