and now bending @ 35 deg here is how i do it

pre-cut remain 1/8 inc. so the strength of the flat wont break during bending

and then grind 35 deg. diagonal

and here it is use bench vice clamp and then hammer it ...no pic. for that hehehe

at last semi finish na hehehe

well i forgot to take a pic on welding anyway here some action done today

again hand taps using M8 before treading i spray DW 40 for faster treading and easy to do

and i made 4 full tread

Thanks :thanks: 12 mm ang ginamit ko para sa gate kala ko bibigay ung stainless rod buti na lang hindi kaya paspas ang pag gawa ng S para sa ornaments inaaway na ako ng aking SWMBO:duel: hahahaha next time na lang ibang accessory tapusin ko muna ung gate i post ko din ung dial indicator kung ano diskarte gagawin ko

personally, hindi ko gagawing may thread yung sa dowel, just in case baka mabengkong, mahirap alisin yung dowel hehehe 😀

madali lang yang repair kasi naka bolts lang yan kung sakaling mputol eh di butasin na lng balak ko lagyan nito gagawa me ibat ibang size na diameter
