with my small helper magnets hehe something to hold while spot weld

and then clamp the hinges for alignment

angel bar 3x3 1/4 inc. thick for hinges cut it into to flat bar

did you seal this? for water/rain not to get inside the tubings?

now i know why you are enjoying your wips 😀

this hinge costs here at around Php40 but without washer/bearing...

and this one cost P230.00 / pc.

malaki kasi ito 1 1/2 inc. diameter 3 1/2 long

pagawa naman po ng grill for my toilet window...hehe

lagyan mo din ng hinge para escape route in case of fire...

mejo paranoid talaga ako pagdating sa fire eh...

dont wanna die stuck inside a burning house/building.

before you get toasted, you'l die of suffocation first.

what a hard way to die.

does your hinges have holes like this (encirled in red)? this is for lubrication purpose 😀

i visited the federal hardware this afternoon in our our area and captured (by phone) some ornamental metal designs, i dont know if its cheaper or expensive, just a price reference to us. with 10% discount as of March 23, 2011.
