it can be frustrating...
even with aluminums. they don't have a clue what alloy they are selling 🙁

Sir, you could try searching (Google) for "Ave Maldea", he's a local bike frame builder who uses ChroMo tubings for his handcrafted works. Maybe, just maybe, you could purchase ChroMo tubings from him. Not sure of his location (somewhere in Pasig, I think). He's quite known for making Fixie frames and Road Bike frames.

thanks bro. i'll be in the US on feb. i might just get some from onlinemetals.com and stuff them in a balikbayan box
but then again i might just do it in a heavier gauge mild steel LOL
