thanks bro rosy. i'm still designing the rest of the frame but the swingarm design is final.

i went the low-tech method and jigsawed the plate steel. but i think Champion Fine Tooling Corp. offers CNC plasma cutting services. have you heard of them?

yes bro that's the actual motor and sprockets. #420 chain.

it's a chinese motor i got via a french company (google BHT ebike). controller is 42 ampere so it'll be around 3000 watts

i'm getting 2491RPM @ 67.5v, unloaded

flux core is such a dirty process i'm tempted to get gas 😀

If you find mixed gas to be expensive, a tank of Co2 will also be fine for your Cigweld 135. :thumbup:

ARGON tank ? Are you going to use Tig applications for your project ? That will be nice!

Great project SIr, I was also wanting to do a Downhill MTB Ebike, since i dont have welding skills hindi matuloy tuloy. keep it up sir nice to see MTB DH parts like your massive RockShox Dual Crown fork and DNM rear suspension. Those MTB hydraulic brakes are also cool sir.
