When dealing with scrap materials mostly balu baluktot kailangan pang ideretso para magamit lang..ayoko namang mag pukpok sa welding table ko baka mawala sa pag ka flat..anvil sana pero makitid ang surface area..di akma sa pupukpukin ko..hehe..

Kaya fab na lang ..

Materials:

1 inch plate..if im not mistaken cutting edge ng construction equipment toh..
5" x 1/4" galvanized for the post
1-3/4"x2-1/2"x3mm rectangular tubing para sa paa
1/2"x1/2"x5mm angle iron for frame
5"x1/2 plate

After grounding off the welds,See how straight it is..

Then weld it in the post..

A good example why you should remove the zinc coating prior to welding when using MIG..flap disc lang ginamit ko..nung kumintab akala ko oks na..

Here is the result when properly prep..

Tulad neto..
