After a month naka 2 shelves lang ako plus a small moving cart. LOL ... okee na rin sabi nga ni Master Ronnel save na yung bayad for labor dahil DIY. Pambili din ng more tools.

Just 1" x 1" x 1/8" angle bars for the tall shelves and 1" x 1" x 1.5mm square tube for the small black moving cart.

4 to 6 more to go for the warehouse 🙁 .... this time wider and taller so I'll go for thicker 3/16 angle bars.

I wanted to do this for a long time now but always forget to order the parts needed ... well this time I did'nt.

All Milton and Acme M-Style connectors and quick disconnects will be replaced with Milton V-Style Hi-Flo couplers and QDC. This will allow around 25% more air flow to my spray gun and air tools.

I also snatched some Dixon Industrial 3/8" recoil hose and some Dynabrade Swivel connectors for 360 degrees turning capabilities on x -y axis.

Portable oxy ace .... would come in handy when I don't want to bring out the big torch. This will be used when mapp gas can't pull the job at hand.

Testing a Victor HSR2570-580 Flowmeter ...

The flowmeter does not come with a hose so I had to purchase it separately. I prefer gas hoses made by Parker.

This one flows gas more accurately than the stock Smith Gauge that came with my Mig welder. Notice the black ball on the gradations reading. It goes up only when I pull the mig gun trigger.

I'll save this flowmeter till I get a Tig Welder which requires more controlled gas flow.

This is but a 10-15 minutes job but I take the time to document it to stress a very important point. The need for "excellent" grounding when it comes to welding processes. You can buy the most expensive welder and get mediocre performance if this aspect is not taken cared properly.

This is my current welding table ground setup.

It works but I'd like to squeeze some more from the ground by eliminating the cheap copper plated connector.

My choice is a copper connector from Lenco. I could have chosen a rotating connector but did not want to spend more than needed. Besides fixed connections have it's advantages.

This is but one part of the grounding system when I weld on the table. Rest assured that all throughout the links I make sure that my ground is as good as it can be right up to the tip of the Mig Wire or Stick Electrode that I use.
