Campbell Hausfeld blue ... suppose to be for a compressor rebuild project but chose Ingersoll Rand beige instead thus have this blue paint on stock. Better use it up now ....

Conventional spray gun fully loaded and ready to Rock n Roll @ 40 psi ... LOL.

I can fully confirm now that 3m PPS indeed works with suction feed guns. You guys should have snatched those Binks spray guns at HMR. Paired with PPS these are excellent guns ... more balanced than the gravity feed ones in my case. Since it can now do all position spraying it makes it even more versatile.

Needs paint re load ...

I dug up my old 20+ year old home maintenance tool box ... I'm going to clean it up and reload with the proper tools configuration for the job it was designed for .

This is my garage 110V supply reel ....

For 220V I'm going to use a Rockler Cord Reel 12ga ... but first I need to fab a better swivel than the one it comes with.

Too lazy to setup the oxy ace cutting torch for small jobs and don't want to use an expensive Steel Demon blade. I'll cut using a thin kerf cutting disc and an angle bar as a straight edge guide.

I chose a rat tail grinder with a dead man switch for this task ... the rat tail handle makes my hand higher too so it's away from the sparks.

now I have 2 plates for the 2 cord reel swivel bases I'm going to fab ...

Metal preparations ........ I prefer nylon bristled brushes for rust treatment applications.

Flat bar 2" x 5mm chopping ....

Difficult to bend ... too thick ...

I need to cut one by 1/4" .... I wish I have my portable band saw now ....

for now angle grinder will do just fine ...

Finished two identical cord reel mounts .... I'll search Evangelista later for surplus car parts to use for fabricating the swivel mechanism. Most probably bushing type unless I find side loading bearings to use.

One will be painted blue but am not sure yet what color will the other one be ...

Let's see if I can find something useful from these used auto spare parts.

I need some small plates 2 1/2" x 3 7/8"

These will be used for attaching the cord reels to the swivel bases

WIP pause muna ... beter take care of this 110V power source to make working more efficient.

I shortened the cable on my 1KVA step down voltage regulator ...

These Milwaukee screwdrivers are great for small screws and nuts ...

I could take off and put back these kind of screws all day long easily with this tool. Check these out at Amazon if you do a lot of electrical or electronics work.

Just one more plug ... I need the 220V one with round prongs for a snug fit on the voltage stabilizer.

Today this 110V reel will be operational ... going out to find the correct plug now.

I don't know why I waited this long to get a cordless jigsaw. So much more convenient to use that I find myself grabbing it more and more for my cutting needs .

Bottom air vents for the step down voltage stabilizer.

All wired up now ...

Cord reel fully tested and operational. I just shaved off a few minutes from shop setup & cleanup time whenever I need a 110V extension cord.
