As a side note I use mostly SGS Tool ( USA ) and PFerd ( Germany ) Carbide Burrs. High quality burrs that turn out to be cheaper in the long run.

As my personal garage and workshop it has never been opened to the general public for business. However from time to time it does some work for a few selected clients thus the shop has a business license and a permit to operate in Pasay City.

It is not that big at around 115 sq meters of ground floor space. Since we live upstairs I prefer to classify it as a Small Shop Home Sho

The shop has the following capabilities :

1. Fully equipped Automotive Section minus a lifter.
2. Reasonably equipped Welding Section
3. DIY Woodworking Section
4. Spray Painting Section minus a spray booth
5. Electronics Section - I've since downgraded this capability but have kept the basic tools
6. Professional Mobile Auto Detailing Section - ongoing development

The heart of the shop is a 135 psi 60 Gallon 3 HP Speedaire air compressor. It was modified to operate a 90% duty cycle supplying a minimum of 10.3 SCFM @ 90 PSI.

Except for the woodworking section this compressor provides air power to the automotive, auto detailing, spray painting & metal working sections.

It is also backed up by an 88 liters 2 HP Vespa Compressor. As soon as air pressure drops to 90 psi this Vespa will fire up automatically to help the Speedaire supply air demand.

Output from these compressors are consolidated in this setup below.

The pressure is regulated to 90 psi. Particle and water filtration are handled by 2 separators in series. Air supply for air tools is through an automatic tool oiler.

With this setup I can operate Impact wrenches, air ratchets, cut off tools, air hammer, needle scaler, air die grinders, portable sand blasting as well as spray guns.

So far I have not found a need to upgrade compressors. If the requirement in the future calls for multiple air tools / spray guns to be used at the same time then only then will an upgrade be inevitable.

My former two car garage slowly became a one car garage workshop..... LOL

On the right is my small office while straight ahead is the wood shop.

My aging GSR just came back from a re painting job. I also removed the rear spoiler.

Change oil and engine tune up time ...... DIY . Pictures are requested by Moji since he was suppose to come help me but did not make it due to work.

I power washed the engine ... I hate working on a dirty engine ...

To avoid stripping cylinder head spark plug threads I hand tighten first during installation ...

Then I torque the plugs to factory specs

For the drain plug I just use gasket marker prior to install ... works well for me ... no leaks .. then torque the plug

Piece of cake Moj ....... just need to fill the engine with oil now.
