metal stand for washing machine

here is my wip i bought 2x2 x 1.5mm cost P680.pesos

2x2 x 2 1/2 long for footings

cut it into 45 deg.

close up cutting

Ang mahal pala ng square tubing na nabili ni ryobi because I was just canvassing for some flat bars and assorted sizes of tubings at our nearby metal and tubing store this afternoon and their 2 X 2 X 20 ft costs 635.00 pesos only, I thought mahal na yon, ah e ok na pala yon compared to ryobi's purchased price of 680.00 pesos. OH its also 1.5 mm thick.

here is why my 10 year old washing machine has been retired already and it have a foot

and this is new American home brand name need to raise up because my maid where doing manual laundry

from your first weld, it shows good penetration, good speed.

anung welding rod mo? and amperage setting?

sa smaw manual c/o Jay says yung 6013 rod between 75-100A lang daw...i hope i can try welding soon but i got work tomorrow.

tapusin mo na yan bro..inip na labandera nyo..hehe

spot weld the foot first

after spot weld the foot change the position for full weld

and here is the finish product after grinding and ready for paint epoxy primer and paint black enamel it is much better if there is a rubber footings
