Rivet mo lang ba yung gi sheet sa frame?
Napansin ko belt driven yata yung chop saw mo..

Word of advise lang bro..
Go get yourself a welding mask..kahit passive lense
Lang..para kahit pano may proteksyon ang mukha mo
Remember bad na sa health..nakakapanget pa pag sunog ang mukha:plol!

i totally agree with this, on my first day with my welding machine i thought mabubulag na ako ang sakit ng mata ko, parang may buhangin sa loob. mali kasi ang pag gamit ko sa welding mask ko, actually pangit din yung kasamang mask sa first welding machine ko.

protect yourself talaga, para ma enjoy mo yung hobby mo.

Nice thread posts Bro Nephets. I really enjoyed reading it.

I just wished the pics were a bit bigger. Say like 640 x 480.

Bro nephets, as much as I enjoyed viewing your wips, even though its only 340 X 180 in size, bro JayL is right try to or see if you can re-size your images to to 640 X 480 so that these images can really be viewed with ease.

Now with regards to the pic above, for me this is very disturbing and I think many will agree with me, we have been instilling safety in the forum specially with the use of delicate power tools and this one, the Yamato weld machine or any welding machine for that matter. Bro perhaps you should likewise invest on a welding mask or helmet even if its a passive lens only if you think ADH are a bit expensive , please don't rely on using sun glasses, :nono: they may be cheap against your very precious and very important set of eyes. We have a thread here called " Safety Gears and Equipment ", its a sub forum under the forum "TOOLS" , and also "Welding Helmets", baka naman may mapulot ka na kapaki pakinabang sa iyo !

Hope you understand what I mean here bro, we just don't want any accidents or whatever happening to any PHM member. 🙁 Nag pa PAALALA lang po !!!

Re: My Budget Meals Project(most are pictures only)

@sir Bugel

Screw tex po para mas maporma tignan, i used the smallest size i can buy, pag ka rivets po kase masyado napipitpit that will cause deformation of the gi sheet. gumamit ako ng rivets for mocking purposes lang on four corners
Belt drive po ung sander
regards..

Re: My Budget Meals Project(most are pictures only)

Thanks sir Rosy, daughter ko yan, looks chubby in the pic, mali ata pagka resize, she likes using it, sya nga ata nakakarami gumamit pag nag we weld ako eh. She's only 8 pero she has her own space sa garahe, mahilig din mag butingting.

Sir Bugel, alam ko na ung sinasabi mong Cut off, the white one, actually its a cutoff for big stones its a belt driven 40 to 50 kilos ang bigat ng tool na yun. pwedeng pang slice ng river stone for wall decor.
