Yes bro liteace, it can be welded but not by a stick welder but by using a TIG welder. Find out what type of alloy is the tube, is it Aluminum alloy, Copper alloy, Nickel alloy or Titanium alloy so you can use the correct filler rods when it is Tig welded. 😉

Maybe the bronze filler rod will work too.

Much better bro kung humanap ka na lang ng replacement part nyan..may sinusunod din na tamang dimension ang butas at haba ang mga intake manifold.

aloy po ata yung tubo tapos ordinary na bakal lang yung sprocket..bronze po ba ang gagamitin na pang weld dyan?

I am not worried about the sprocket, its thick and solid, pwedeng stick welder dyan but it is the pipe with sort of screen at the end that worries me if you will use a stick welder, baka malusaw agad yan sa sobrang init ng welding rod that is why I am recommending using a Tig welder.

HEHEHE, or maybe its time for you to buy a 160 amp Tig welder, very useful with motor cycle restoration and some engine remakes or fabrication specially for stainless steel and aluminum parts. If you will be interested get in touch with PHM member coolmaxheric, he'll be able to help you.

Or maybe 100 amp fluxcored mig welder, it might work, madaming available sa market and very cheap, just check sulit. 😉

plan ko kasi mag palit ng aftermarket na carb, hindi kasi swak yung dati niyang manifold sa binili ko na carb hehe..

If the sprocket is just an ordinary steel as you mentioned before and the pipe you will use is just a GI pipe, then I guess you can use a stick welder, just make sure you keep a tight arc weld application.

Advise too if you can get a thicker wall GI pipe para hindi ka mabutasan sa pag weld. If you can get hold of 7014 rods 3/32" it will be better but if non then I suppose 6013 rods 3/32" will do, you just have to make two passes of weld applications.
