Hello, good afternoon fellow pinoyhandyman members. i just want to ask about stainless steel countertop for my current residential project, gusto ko po sana malaman kung prefabricated yon acccording sa mga dimensions at i want to have some info regarding sa presyo ng pag fabricate nito in a certain dimension, or kung pwedeng hindi kung may alam kayong methodologies para i shape yung stainless countertop at ipapatrabaho ko na lang sa mga trabahador ko para hindi nako mag hire ng mga kitchen specialist, or is that even plausible knowing this type high end kitchen requires workmanship and sophisticated tools. actually may nakita na ako sa youtube, may ma irerefer po ba kayong mga modular fabricator sa mga ganito ,thank you po!

Fabricated yun stainless countertop based sa carcass ng kitchen cabinet mo. I pattern yun ibabaw ng kitchen cabinet then doon magbase ng countetop. What they are using is stainless steel sheet if im not mistaken minimum thickness is 1.5mm the thicker the better para hindi magwave yun stainless top. Machines ang ginagamit to cut and bend the stainless sheet. Tig welding for joining the sheets. Finishing must be done by an expert.

Noted PO sir Bryant, actually andami kong gustong itanong saiyo regarding mdf works kasi nakita ko yung mga works niyo i like them both the workmanship and the contemporary design, tanong ko na rin in case mag hire ako ng magcoconstruct dun sa modular cabinet mga magkano kaya ang labor non arawan man or pakyawan, sigurado mas mahal ang rate non sa mga ordinary workers na 350-700 pesos per day, may mga workers ako na kayang magproduce ng mga wooden effects using oil stains pero i think kung quality talaga mas maganda parin ang mga mdf boards, gusto ko rin sana itanong kung paano yung connection ng mga mdf boards, gumagamit kaba ng mga dowels then dowel sticks at pandikit lie stikwell. may experience din kasi ako sa furniture and cabinet making though hindi ganun ka sophisitcated gaya ng iyo thanks po.
