Steel ladder build (in progress...)

need to build a quick-and-dirty ladder ASAP so i got rectangular tube 50mm x 25mm (1.3mm steel thickness). rungs will 25mm pipe

shown above is a 25mm hole saw (or whatever it's called). the rungs will insert into the holes then i'll weld them up

in progress....

Very nice project Bro, yung drill tawag dyan TCT hole saw (Tungsten Carbide Tip) one of the supplier from powercraft.

Nice project sir, by the way, kelangan ko pala ng gumagawa ng steel stair. Baka meron negosyo sanyo na ganun, cainta pasig area sana. TIA,.

by no means a nice weld but believe me the others are far worse LOL

i had no idea it would be quite tough to weld these small-radius circular arcs while maintaining proper angles and distances

so that's what they're called 🙂 i think i saw "TCT' in the box but had no idea what it meant... got it from handyman i think during the Lotus 50% sale

bros... ano maganda coatings dito?

i was thinking of rust converter treatment, just to etch the surface a bit. then seal the ends and pour some red oxide primer inside, swish it around and pour out the excess which i'll paint on the outside

then just brush on whatever enamel i have lying around...
