You might get lucky and find a Pass & Seymour outlet like that. It will not be cheap.

Yes I got the same outlet for my Millermatic 180 welder from them. IIRC less than 1K. Ask the Chinese lady owner herself. The counter staff might not be well versed with this as it's not a common sell able item.
