Welding hexagonal nuts together

Kaya ba sila iweld ang hexagon nuts together? I have a school project and i will design a wall lamp using these..but don't know anyone who can weld
I bought the cheapest one so the one I have isnt aluminum or stainless..

It's best to post some sketch of what you want to build so welding members can visualize it further.

I don't see a reason why the nuts can't be welded.

opo, ang iyong nabanggit ay maaring mai weld.

mas mabuting ilagay mo ang dalawang nut sa bolt nya para masiguradong ito ay pantay bago i welding.

So I presume what you have is/are the ordinary steel hexagonal nut. Absolutely yes this nut/s can be welded with other metals, if you are going to weld them together (SAME NUT SIZE), better get a long bolt that fits exactly the nut, then screw them in side by side and then do your spot welding on the hexagonal nut, that way they will be in a straight line. If you intend to use stainless steel nuts, you will have to use stainless steel welding rods.
