Dowels were cut longer above the main frame so you can also bend small size of metal at the top

Here, a tubing was put for bigger angle bend.
need more jigs to bend round tubing, square tubing, angle bar etc.
you know someone who can fabricate? of course - cheaper 😀

gawing collapsible, with caster and adjustable height para mai angat yung height ng table para hindi gagamitin lang yung caster pag itutulak hehe combination of woods din hehe

Thanks for posting your Bender build dimensions. I'm positive the Metal Community appreciates it. I too for one.

By the way your welder has variable current adjustments compared to the Powercraft 200A which has around 6 or 7 fixed settings. It would be sound advise to would be welder buyers to choose the variable adjustment model so as to have more range in current output fine tuning.

Napansin ko napapadalas ako sa weldfabulous.com site. Baka ano na naman mabili ko doon tungkol sa welding. Ang dami pang kulang sa auto shop. Pigil pigil ..... kasalanan ni Ossie ito binuhay ang welding interest sa site. Heheheh 🙂

tried this afternoon the capability of the bender for straightening the 10mm square metal bar:

hindi kaya yung dulo since napaka liit nung bend, kailangan talaga ng another jig hehe but, not bad na rin 😀

Its a simple but certainly very useful tool. We're all sure of that.

I am almost sure to work on one - together with suggestions coming from the pros.

Agreed. Mas comfortable talaga nakatayo then sometimes pwede mo lapitan ng tingin para mas kita weld puddle.
