my bosch angle grinder suddenly shutdown while while grooving the wood este the metal bar this afternoon.

i switched it on and off, on and off again. checked the plug for connection and its all ok.

waahhh thinking of another gastos na naman to buy and replaced my 10 years old grinder or to have it repair while opening the cover.

i removed the carbon brush and found this, the spring touches the rotor and shutdown the power. i have carbon brush bought i think 3-5 months ago coz im going to replace it na hehe hayan napalitan na hehe the grinder is now ok and working good, haayy salamat walang gagastusin hehe

its good the rotor did not damaged. i measured the used carbon brush and its only 8mm now. its better to have it replaced before it reaches 8 mm, 10-12 mm perhaps? 😀

Oo ako meron din pang tanda ng metal. Kailangan talaga. Kakainis ngayon lang nabakante garahe. D ko tuloy naputol yung mga flat bar. Gumabi na. Bukas na lang.

ok lang yan at ngayon lang nabakante garahe mo, meaning pinapag pahinga ka mabuti hehe

ang die set na kailangan mo is yung sa pipe, yung die set na kasama kasi nyan e pang normal bending lang sa metal bar na depende sa laki ng angle.

yun nga lang kasi hindi available sa atin kaya DIY na lang hahaha

Ang daling gawin niyan. Problema lang yung mga dies.

Parang maraming restrictions din ang design na yan.

Mukhang kasya na yun flat bars. 4 pcs x 12 in then me sobra pang konti pang sapi sapi.

Pareho ba tayo ng mga dowels. Di ba parang malambot?
