I also purchased a 12" Smooth cut file.
I wanted to get a 2nd Cut file to complete the trio but Panda don't have this one with handles. Can anybody please point me where I can purchase good quality file handles.

Won this Ridgid 2A pipe cutter in ebay last night. $46 w/ shipping to Illinois. Let's see if it turns out to be a good deal when I receive it. Seems like a lot of good second hand tools w/ good prices floating around the ebay US site.

I only got to weld 2 hinges today. I need to put two more.
The table will fold going up to free up floor space.
I'll bolt this flat bar to the wall.

Aside from the small metal scraps that inevitably pinches my skin whenever I work, metalworking had enabled me to do things more forgiving. This is because unlike wood, metals are easier to fix when you commit mistakes and are less expensive to acquire than good wood.
I envy your welding gear Jay, I like that more as I need to create a brace for my new aircon (it's effin hot every night!).

Yes I'll cut the flat bar to lenght and drill holes before I weld the hinges.
I found out that flat bars are undersized. I wanted 3/8 but it's less than 3/8. I'm thinking to get some plates cut to flat bar size instead. Plates are often not undersized.

I don't have a metal table top but have this scrap 3/4" thick particle board from an Ondoy damaged Ikea table. I'll use it for now and if it works well then I might just keep it like this.
Need to weld the hinges to the flat bar and bolt this to the wall then build the legs.
Hope this table will help make auto works in the garage easier.

It's a bit low at 32" height but old age is getting to me so I prefer to work sitting down now.
