Japanese made Top Kogyo Co. Ltd discontinued NOS locking pliers. These are very useful and the design is similar to the ones Bessey make.

Folding table is done now but without legs yet. At least its usable already.

Now that I feel more confident I will build a second one on the other side but this time I will get the metal table top. Metal top is a bit expensive so I used reclaimed wood na lang for the first one.

Hand drilled new holes on the vise stand.

New 5" vise now secured with 7/16" stainless bolts and stand will be positioned against the wall.

If you plan to build a DP table then this Irwin 18" vise grip is a good clamp investment. Available at a fair price at Lim Yee Wan. I think 1,150 pesos for the ones with swivel pads and still NOS USA Made.

Finally my mini welding table has now a proper vise installed. This will be a workhorse and I expect this vise to see a lot of heat, slag and pounding. Sooner or later it will break so I already purchased some spares.

Got my pipe cutter which I purchased at ebay. Not bad for a used tool. Handle and rollers move smoothly plus the cutter is still sharp. Now I can make better square cuts on pipes. Grinding will be lessened. Tool is very cheap compared to the price of a new one locally or stateside. It won't be used very often so second hand is better.
